Holly is available for personal training at her home gym. The gym is well equipped with dumbbells, an olympic barbell, smith machine and many other pieces of exercise equipment. It is well air conditioned and is a great option for the beginner to learn correct technique or for someone a little shy who doesn’t like exercising in a public gym.

$70 for one 45 minute session

Or $120 for two sessions a week

Small Group Training

Training with your friends or colleagues is a great way to make working out fun and affordable. Sessions will be individualised based on your goals and experience. If you have a group of 4 or more, Holly can come train you and your group at a location of your choice.
